If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return them to
us as new and unused, within 14 days of order date, for a refund, less the
delivery cost. If the product is faulty we will refund the returns cost.
Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
If your goods arrive and been damaged in transit, please take an immediate
photograph. Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We cannot
be held responsible for the carelessness of carriers or post men but we will
do our best to help
If your order has not arrived 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days
(International) after the expected delivery date it is considered lost by
the Post Office/Royal Mail and a claim will have to be raised for
compensation. Royal Mail will contact you to confirm you have not received
it and after investigation they will refund the cost of your order to us,
only when the claim has been paid can we issue replacements or a refund.

claim, please do not order. No matter how frustrated or unhappy you are
that the postal system has failed both you and ourselves we practice a zero
tolerance in our work place.
